A workshop to gently address emotions and learn to regulate them through arts: drawing, painting, writing, handicrafts, music, movement, role play… In a relaxed and safe space, the children are guided by an art therapist to express and explore their feelings through creativity and play. The idea is to exteriorise and learn about feelings differently than with spoken words. The children connect to their personal strengths and resources to foster self-confidence and positive feelings.
